At Rathore Residence

"Chachu, bhai hurry up or we'll get late."Sanya yelled from the living room impatiently.

Her mother Monika came and applied a small dot of kajal from her eyes behind her ear.

"Meri beti ko Nazar na lage kisiki."

(May my daughter be protected from the evil eye.)

"Mumma how am I looking?" Sanya asked her mother.

                    (Her outfit)

Monika smiled at her daughter and said,"Pretty."

Vijay entered the living room looking at the exchange between mother and daughter.

"Oho lagta hai maa beti bhul gye iss ghar me aur bhi log rehte hai." He said jokingly.

(I think mother and daughter had forgotten that there are other people in house too.)

"Papa." Sanya hugged her father.

"Radhe Krishna papa." She greeted him.

He smiled and greeted her back,"Radhe Krishna beta."

She saw her grandfather who was walking with a cane."Radhe Krishna dadu." She walked over to him and helped him.

"Radhe Krishna,bache." Surinder ji replied with a small.

Vijay bent down to touch his father's feet and took his blessings. Monika also bent down to take blessings of her father in law but he stopped her.

"Beta maine kitni baar bola hai hamare yahan ladkiya pair nhi chhuti are tum to Laxmi ho ghar ki." Surinder ji said and gently patted Monika's head,"God bless you. "

(How many times have I told you that girls don't touch anyone's feet here,you are Laxmi of this house. )

They all sat down on the sofa."Sanu beta are you excited for your first day at school?." Vijay asked her.

Sanya smiled and replied"Yes papa I'm very excited to make new friends and new memories."

"And new pranks, new mischievous troublemaking ideas, new evil plans and pranks are silent right." A deep voice came from the stairs.They all turned and saw Adwait walking down the stairs.

                  (His outfit)

Sanya glared at her brother. "Bhaisa ab mai aapki tarah har wakt ye lauki jaisi shakal lekar thodi ghum sakti hoon." She said mockingly.

(Brother I can't roam around with a bottle guard like face always like you.)

The elders laughed at the siblings banter.

"Bhai-sa wow I can't digest this much respect." Adwait said with an eye roll.

"Ya I always call you bhai not by your name it's just I sometimes add sa in it to give you extra respect. "Sanya also said with an eye roll.

"Acha enough now. Adwait ab Sana 11th class mei ho gyi hai so please take extra care of her." Vijay said to his son.

Adwait ruffled Sanya's hair and said,"Ji papa bachpan se rakhta aa rha hoon aage bhi rakhunga."

(Yes dad I'm taking care of her since childhood I'll do it in future too.)

"When are you guys leaving?" Surinder ji asked.

"Bss Chachu aa jaaye phir nikal jaayenge ham." Adwait replied.

(When Chachu will come we'll leave then.)

"Aur haan sirf zarorat ki school ki books lena sanu apni wo bekar ki novels mt khareedna." Monika said sternly.

(Buy books that are necessary not those unnecessary novels.)

Sanya made a face at her mother's comment,"Yaar mumma they are not unnecessary they teaches me so many good things."she said in her defense .

"Like what?" Adwait asked,crossing his arms.

"Like ...uh..like-"

"Good Morning Everyone. " Suddenly Krish came downstairs and saved Sanya from answering. 'Chachu you are the best.' She said in mind.

                    (His outfit)

Krish touched his father's feet then his brother's and Bhabhi's feet.

"Radhe Krishna bacho." He greeted the younger ones.

"Radhe Krishna chachu." They both said in unison .

"Oho aaj sab ye neela aasmaan kyun bane hue hai?." Monika asked curiously.

(Why is everyone looking like a blue sky today?)

"Ask your ladli beti." Adwait said with a hint of annoyance in his voice.

"Kya bhai Krish chachu ne bhi to pehna hai na blue color wo to kuch nhi bol rahe aap kyun Bua logo ki tarah kitkit kar rahe ho."

Sanya said with an eye roll.

(Bhai Krish chachu is also wearing blue color, he is not complaining then why are you complaining like Aunties.)

"Maine apni mrzi se nhi pehna hai bhabhiiiiii, apki ye pyaari beti ne mujhe dhamki di thi." Krish said his part.

(I'm not wearing it willingly Bhabhi your dear daughter gave me a threat.)

"What dhamki?" Vijay asked his brother.

"Maine bola tha chachu ko ki agar aapne blue color nhi pehna to mai apni single teachers ka number aur apni piano class wali didi ka number nhi dungi inhe." Sanya said with a smirk.

(I said that I'll not give him my single teachers number and number of the big girl in my piano class.)

Surinder ji shaked his head ,"Krish beta tum kab shaadi kroge tumhari umar nikalti jaa rhi hai."

(When will you get married you are getting older?)

Krish ran a hand through his hair and said,"Papa I'm only 28 and jab mujhe mere type ki ladki milegi tab shaadi kr lunga mai abhi mujhe life enjoy krne do.

"Phir to aap puri zindagi enjoy hi krte rahoge kyunki koi ladki khushi khushi to aapse shaadi karegi nhi aur aapke type ki ladki to shayad bani hi nhi hai ." Adwait said mockingly.

Krish glared at him,"Atleast I'm thinking about love and all but you ,tum to inn sab cheezo se aise dur rehte ho jaise tum koi Sadhu Sant ho aur ye sab tumhari Sadhna bhang kr denge."

"Yes chachu I'm a Sadhu Sant and Cricket is my Sadhna.Mai nhi chahta mere aur meri Sadhna ke bich koi aaye." Adwait said calmly.

"Okay enough now Chalo ab jaldi otherwise we'll get late." Sanya said hurriedly.

With that they all left the house and went to Market.

At market

Radhika and everyone else was standing there looking at the bustling atmosphere and colorful environment.

"Wow so pretty." Radhika said excitedly.

"Are Di abhi to mai aapko kisi din pura Rajasthan ghumaunga tab aap bolna so pretty."Mahir said proudly.

"Ok listen everyone,don't go anywhere stay close to each other okay and keep an eye on kids."Disha instructed them.

Then they all divided to finish shopping quickly. Kavya and Mahir went to buy stationary items.

Disha took Samarth with her to buy their uniforms and Radhika with Rishabh and Kaira went to buy their books.

At the other side of the Market

"Bhai why are you wearing mask here? Sanya asked Adwait.

"Because I can't tolerate strong smells I'm allergic and this place is filled with different smells and all mixed are making my head ache." He replied .

"Aww my chui mui bhai with his sensitive problems."Sanya said jokingly.Adwait glared at her.

Then Krish came after parking the car."Adwait you and Sanya go and buy books,I'll go and give order for your uniform Sanya." They both nodded and walked towards the book store.

Krish also walked away to the Clothing store.

(Inside the store)

Disha was checking sizes of the uniform Samarth standing beside her quietly playing with his hot wheels then he saw something that intrigued him.He stood up quietly and walked away.

Krish's pov

As I was talking with the shopkeeper for the correct size and color of the uniform I felt a pull at my leg .I turned around and saw no one.Then I heard a voice, "Here uncle." I looked down and saw a cute little boy looking at me with wide smile.'Aww so cute'.

I knelt down infront of him ,"Yes little one kya chahiye aapko."I asked.

Then he pointed at my hot wheels Keychain,"This." He said innocently.

I was taken aback by this sudden and blunt demand."Beta I can't give you this,this one is my favorite. " I saw his face fell at my words. I felt guilty and immediately separated the keys from the Keychain and gave him the hot wheels.

"Here." He took it happily and jumped on me suddenly wrapping his arms around my neck.

"Thank you uncle aap bohot ache ho." I smiled and asked his name.

"Samarth Mehra, I'm six yrs old."

Then I heard a female voice calling his name,"Samarth."

Disha's pov

As i was checking the sizes of the uniform I noticed that Samarth was missing I looked around trying not to panic then I saw him talking to an unknown person and hugging him. I quickly walked over calling his name,"Samarth. " That person stood up and I was about to say something then suddenly I tripped over something and fell forward. That stranger immediately caught me before I could fall. His one hand around my waist and one on my upper back and my face buried in his chest.Then I looked up and we both maintained that eye contact for a second before I quickly stepped back.

"Ishu look ye uncle ne mujhe apni hot wheels dedi he is so nice."Samarth said happily.

(A/N-He sometimes call her Ishu or Isha like his Mamu and Nani and surprisingly he chose this exact moment to call her that instead of Mumma😉.)

I looked at my son than at the stranger,"Arth baby how many times have I told you to not talk to strangers and unse aise koi cheez bhi nhi lete." I said gently yet firmly.

"It's ok Miss Itne cute baby ke liye to mai apni real car bhi dedun and by the way I'm Krish." Krish said with a charming smile.

Author's Pov

"By the way are you his sister, Oh ya definitely you are his sister you look so young and beautiful. " There he goes again with his flirting nature.

"I'm not his sister I'm hi-" she was cut off by Samarth who was pulling at her dupatta.

"Let's go Kavu di must be waiting for ussss." He said Disha gave Krish a simple look thanked him for the hot wheels and left with Samarth.

Krish saw her retreating figure his eyes locked on her waist.......Perfect race track...he thought in mind and smirked.

"Damn she was so beautiful and hot."

AT THE BOOK SHOP

Radhika and Rishabh were buying books then suddenly Rishabh's phone rang he excused himself and went outside to attend the call.

Radhika was holding Kaira's hand.Then she turned to shopkeeper and said:

"11th class History book." Another voice mixed with hers. She looked sideways and saw a beautiful girl with big blue doe eyes and a wide smile.

"Oh are you in 11th class too?." She asked me.Radhika nodded then she asked the school name Radhika answered and the girl jumped happily,"I'm also in this school so that means we are classmatesssss." Radhika was surprised .

"That means we are friends now,Hi I'm Sanya Singh Rathore. "Sanya extended her hand for handshake.

Radhika shaked her hand happily and said,"I'm Radhika Singh Jamwal. "

"Are you new here." Sanya asked.

"Yes I'm from Jammu and Kashmir but my father got transferred here he is in Army so we shifted here."Radhika replied.

"Oh wow Great-"then her phone rang suddenly. "Mere bhaiya mera wait kr rhe hai mai chalti hoon bye see you at school." Sanya smiled at her and kaira and left the shop.

Rishabh's pov

I was talking on call with my old friend outside the shop After hanging up I was about to walk back inside then I heard something.

A hum.A tune.A melody.

I immediately turned around and saw a girl walking, her back to me and she was humming to herself lost in her her own world.

For a moment I stood there listening to her humming. I was captivated by her soft humming. Suddenly I felt an urge to make a song out of that hum. I followed her but she already disappeared around the corner.Then I saw something shiny on the ground.I bent down and saw a heart shaped pendant with S on it Then it hit me.

S........Sur.......Sangeet.......Sargam

Maybe maybe this is the reason I was finding an inspiration I was looking for.

Then I heard Radhika and Kaira calling my name from inside the shop I immediately put the  pendant in my pocket and went inside.My mind still on that Girl.That hum.That tune.
